Course Summary

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is delivered in-person over one day, from 9.30am – 5.00pm, at the Redbourn venue in Hertfordshire, conveniently located between St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. FAA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF). This qualification meets the requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will automatically convert the learner and trigger the order of course resources. A confirmation of payment and booking will be sent by email. If you have not received this, please contact admin@rejuvenatefirstaid.co.uk To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on cancellation of booking prior to course start date after the 48 hour cooling off time. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 10 days prior to the course start date. If a course has to be cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible and automatically offered a place on an alternative date. If there is not a suitable date available a refund will be offered (where full payment's been made) If a refund is issued, the course resources provided must be returned in new condition, alternatively the cost of resources can be deducted from the refund. If the learner is unwell please advise them NOT to attend the course. If attending with a cough, cold or temperature entry will be refused and an alternative date made available. First Aid training can be physically demanding and learners attending will be required to undertake CPR practice, use an AED and manage the recovery position, which will be floor based. Please ensure comfortable clothing is worn that considers floor work, positioning and manouverability. The learner will be required to attend the complete course and demonstrate competency to receive a certificate. Please note: Rude, discriminatory, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards a staff member or any other learner will mean removal of that person, a certificate will not be issued, and a refund will not be made. Organisations booking staff onto First Aid training courses have a responsibility to ensure the learner can demonstrate the values and qualities required and behave appropriately during the course and whilst undertaking the role.
