Course Summary
Mental Health Awareness course delivered ONLINE over 3 hours and is ideal for organisations, workplaces, and individuals wanting to build confidence and understanding around mental health and wellbeing. This can also be booked on-site at your place of work. The course provides an introduction to mental health awareness through a mixture of presentations, group discussions, and interactive activities in a supportive learning environment. Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will automatically convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources. A confirmation of payment and your booking will be sent by email. If you have not received this, please contact us admin@rejuvenatementalhealth.co.uk To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48 hour cooling off period. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled on either an online or in-person course. If a course has to be cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible and automatically offered a place on an alternative date course. If there is not a suitable date available a refund will be offered (where full payment has previously been received and confirmed). If a refund is issued, the course resources provided must be returned in new condition, alternatively the cost of resources can be deducted from the refund. If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course. If you have a cold, cough or temperature on an in-person course you will be refused entry and an alternative date will be made available for you. Please note: Any rude, discriminatory, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards a staff member or any other learner on any course will mean removal of that person from the course. A certificate will not be issued, and a refund will not be made. Organisations booking staff onto the training courses have a responsibility to ensure the learner can demonstrate the values and qualities required and behave appropriately during the course and whilst undertaking the role.
