This mental health awareness course from MHFA England, delivered by trainer, Karen, improves basic knowledge of some of the most common mental health , providing a full introduction to improving confidence in language and overall awareness of poor mental health, helping to reduce stigma, raise important awareness, and encourage open conversations.
Ideal for organisations looking to improve mental health awareness across their teams, helping to improve knowledge of what Mental Health First Aiders do and gain deeper understanding to enable them to support their colleagues.
