Mental Health Refresher

Empower and support existing Mental Health First Aiders by:

• Renewing their skills

• Updating their knowledge of mental health support.

• Practising the Mental Health First Aid action plan.

Enabling Mental Health First Aiders to refresh their skills in the same way as physical First Aiders do Is a great way to demonstrate your organisation’s commitment to treating mental health and physical health equally.​

• Conversation Practice

• Boundaries in the MHFAider Role

• Information

​​​Investing in the course will give you confidence that your MHFAiders are performing their role safely and effectively. 

(Existing MHFA England certificates have a 3 year expiry).

Learners from other providers can attend the MHFA Refresher on production of their previously acquired certificate.

​Numbers

​​For group, in-person and private bookings, minimum numbers online are 6, in-person, 10 and maximum 25.
